Service Description
A structured 8-week group journey designed to be an intentional, supportive space for making sense of separation. We work through stages of grief, practical impact, breathwork, and meditation to help you re-tether and direct toward a life you love. Separation and divorce are upending. Navigating what to hold on to and where to let go, and who you are now without this cornerstone you so carefully built. No matter how capable you are, this impact can ripple through every aspect of your life. This small group journey led by Leah is designed to be an intentional, supportive space for making sense of what you are going through. Perhaps it's left you untethered and spinning in a new way. It’s easy to get stuck in the pain of divorce because we start with the assumption that divorce is inherently bad. It can hold failure, grief, and hurt. But it can also be a turning point. This is a space to reorient, re-tether and begin moving toward the possibility of a life you love. Together, we’ll move through: - Grief and loss - The practical impact of divorce - Breathwork and meditation tools - An immersive salt cave session on self-love - Start to frame the life you’re building from here All before the holidays, to help you feel more ready and steady for what comes next. This group is in person in Charlotte, NC. One special session will be held at Salt & Souls; the others in a private room, location to be shared upon registration. Weekly on Tuesdays, 12:15 - 1:30pm starting October 6, 2026.
